How can I stop my credit card from being charged?

There are three ways to stop your credit card from being charged on a recurring basis for Addressfinder services. These are:

1. Switch your current plan to a Yearly Plan and select "Bank Transfer" as your preferred payment method. NB. If you are already on a Yearly Plan you can select "Bank Transfer" from the 'billing page' in your portal.
2. Downgrade to a Free plan.
3. Notify us in writing of your wishes not to be charged via credit card and why and we will endeavour to find a mutually beneficial solution.
